When you contact us via WhatsApp, phone, email, or website forms, we may collect your name, phone number, pickup and delivery addresses, parcel descriptions, tracking numbers, and business details needed to quote or fulfil a booking.
We use your information to provide quotes, arrange pickups, book shipments with courier partners, share AWB details, respond to support requests, and improve our service. We do not sell your personal information.
To move your parcel, necessary shipment details are shared with the selected courier partner (such as Blue Dart, DTDC, India Post, or FedEx). Those partners process data under their own policies while the shipment is in their network.
We retain booking and enquiry records for as long as needed for operations, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal compliance, then delete or anonymise them when no longer required.
