Parcel Express provides courier booking facilitation, doorstep pickup coordination, packing guidance, and customer support from Hyderabad. Shipments are transported by independent courier partners such as Blue Dart, DTDC, India Post, and FedEx. Parcel Express is not the carrier unless expressly stated for a specific local service.
Prices shared on WhatsApp or elsewhere are estimates until confirmed. Final charges may change based on actual weight, dimensional weight, destination surcharges, fuel fees, or restricted-item handling. Payment terms will be communicated before dispatch.
You must provide accurate addresses and contact numbers, pack goods adequately, declare contents truthfully, and refrain from shipping prohibited or illegal items. You are responsible for compliance with partner and government regulations for the goods you send.
Carrier liability for loss or damage follows the selected courier partner’s terms and any declared value or insurance purchased. To the extent permitted by law, Parcel Express’s liability for booking or coordination errors is limited to the service fees paid for the affected booking.
Transit times are estimates. Live tracking is provided by courier partner systems. Delays due to weather, strikes, inaccessible addresses, or partner network issues are outside our direct control; we will assist with follow-ups where possible.
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our booking services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
